Thoughts

I'm highly confuzzled.... I mean, what goes on in guys' mind. Let me tell you all, it's difficult for us to decipher you just as its difficult for you to decipher us. Girls, we freak out (A LOT) and we overthink even more lol. It's weird. Anyways, on to discussing life; I'm not really sure what to say today. I feel like singing.... You know laughter is one of the best cures for almost anything. When you're feeling down, try and make yourself laugh. Why, you can even try and force your face to smile and look at how silly the expression looks in your face and that might make you laugh enough to cheer up. My motto is that "If it isn't better, it isn't over" I realize that some people will find it to be a terrible motto but I have found it to be true in many occasions, personal and outside, so look up and don't give up, tomorrow may indeed be a brighter day :D

Sooooooo

I'm having kind of a groggy day; part of me feels like breaking something, the other part feels like crying in the fetal position. I'm not sure what to make of it. This post is for all of you tired of being ignored and taking in other people's misdirected anger. Yes, life can be crappy and worthless many times but, try and remember the good times. Yes, it may have been years ago but sometimes it makes life a little bit easier to bear when we see that there is hope. Yeah, today may have been dreadful but tomorrow could be better; in fact, in 1 second things could get better. Reminisce on how it was when we celebrated Christmas and New Years as kids or when we went to the beach or to do something we loved when we were little. Remember, we only live once and life goes on with or without us, so we may as well try and forgive and remember the good times that make this life bearable: a nice memory of a crush, or laughing with friends are some examples that come to mind. Perhaps, writing how you feel and then reading it may help us see that "whoa," maybe pessimism changes us from who we are and keeps us from being what we could be so we may as well try and find a positive amidst all the negative. Well, until my next post, may your day brighten up, even if just a lil.

Isn't it strange?

I'm a total romantic at heart. Lol. Ask me for advice and I'll tell you, bluntly, what I think. Like for example, how I can honestly share I have no clue what blogging is about but I'm giving it a chance because my sister suggested I share my poems with people. And, as such I ended up with these accounts. My real name is not Zaylin which those of you on here who know me irl will know. But, I chose it as my pen name because it's cool to sign, write and has a pretty meaning. Anyway, I digress, I love chocolate, certain flowers and dolphins, and penguins, and cubs, but above all, dolphins lol. I am not into horror movies at all. But, I'm into quite a variety of things so I find myself to be unique lol. So, back to my original point, though I find myself to be a lover of romanticism; it turns out I'm hopeless in that department, lol. But, I'm still an optimist, so let's see where life, with God, takes me. Now I bid you good night and farewell.

Hello to you who is reading this (yes, you),

My pen name is Zaylin. This is my second blog. My other blog is more about my poems and such, whereas this one I am going about with a different approach. If you wish to check my poetry blog out then this is the address: zaylinmoyet.blogspot.com feel free to leave comments if you like things.

So, you may be asking what do I mean by a different approach (or not). Well, I will still (maybe) continue sharing my poetry but with this one but I'll also have the freedom to share quotes, pictures, interesting facts (in my opinion) and perhaps a different perspective when looking at life & poetry.
